We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to our services without prior notice for:

  • Abusive, fraudulent, or harmful conduct

If your subscription is terminated, you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle but will not be refunded unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to all paid features through the remainder of your term.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • First-Time Subscribers: A full refund may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied.

  • Billing Errors: If you were mistakenly billed or charged multiple times, we will promptly issue a refund.

  • Exceptional Cases: Refunds outside the above conditions may be granted at our discretion.

3. Vendor Services

Refunds for vendor-related services (e.g., featured listings or ads) are handled per the individual vendor agreement signed at the time of onboarding. These terms will be provided separately.
